Distribution Right of Way Representative (Associate - Senior Level)

Summary The incumbent serves as Oncor Electric Delivery’s representative in acquiring land and land rights that are necessary for the construction and operation of Oncor’s distribution facilities.  The Right of Way (ROW) Representative will manage Oncor right of way assets to protect Oncor’s title and interest, prevent encroachments, trespass and environmental misuse where applicable. In addition, you will assist in negotiations and mediates on behalf of Oncor with respect to relocation of facilities, and acquisition and protection of Oncor’s land and land rights.
