System Service Representative (1-SR.)

Summary The System Service Representative is responsible for completing service orders involving the disconnection, reconnection, installation, reading, and investigation of meters and/or service at residential, commercial, and industrial premises. This role requires advanced skills in cutting or reconnecting electric service at a weatherhead, pole, handhole, transformer, or line fuse link/disconnect. Orders may require pole climbing or the use of a bucket truck. All orders must be completed safely and within prescribed timeframes, ensuring proper delivery and measurement of electric energy.
