Job Description
The Events Assistant will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of events. This position requires strong organizational skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the events team to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate and promotional events
- Support logistics management, including venue coordination and scheduling
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure alignment
- Help prepare event materials, presentations, and documentation
- Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution
- Track event performance and assist with post-event reporting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
