Job Description
- Collaborate across organizational boundaries, and navigate the People Operations (POps) ecosystem to influence people's priorities and solutions in service of the business, product, or market.
- Drive operational excellence across the organization to improve processes, operations, and service delivery, and influence forward thinking interventions, process and product improvements that enable a better employee experience.
- Act as a HR advisor, mentor, and partner to employees, managers, and leaders, and manage risk mitigation and de-escalating/resolving HR matters.
- Provide HR guidance, managing clients, business, and company needs against risks, to solve HR problems, build relationships, and increase manager, and leader capability.
