Description
As CRM Manager, you will be confident in delivery, building segmentation strategies and planning across multiple markets and sports events. You will be creative with personalisation and experienced in leveraging data and insights to inform decision-making and maximise results. Familiar with implementing automations, you will analyse results, optimise against findings, and communicate performance effectively. You will be confident in copywriting and briefing creative assets to drive maximum user engagement, and leading test-and-learn initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead multi-channel campaign planning for our multi-sport CRM calendar to drive revenue growth, upsell, and subscriber retention.
- Clearly articulate campaign and segmentation plans to the CRM operations team for timely scheduling and dispatch.
- Deliver against CRM targets and be agile in your output to meet channel contribution week-on-week, maximising cross-sell and upsell opportunities across subscription tiers.
- Oversee creative briefs, asset coordination, and below-the-line messaging tailored to each sport and audience, ensuring engaging and effective copy.
- Drive personalisation and segmentation efforts for optimal conversion and engagement, leveraging available data and technical capabilities to elevate CRM impact.
- Lead testing and optimisation of CRM creative and brand direction in collaboration with DAZN marketing and creative teams.
What You'll Bring:
- 2+ years’ experience in a CRM role within a subscription business and/or at a sports rights holder.
- Bilingual written and verbal English communication skills, enabling content creation in English and effective collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Interest in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to extract insights and translate them into actionable tests.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment with excellent time management, agility, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive approach to proposing and sharing new ideas to enhance CRM communications.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities within a multinational matrix structure, with a focus on influencing senior leaders across diverse markets.
- A passion for sports or a deep understanding of subscription services, especially in an international context, is highly desirable.
