Are you curious about AI, enjoy problem-solving, and are excited to gain practical experience within the sport-lifestyle industry? We are launching a 10-week internship program for current post-secondary students to support exploring AI tools in our Marketing, Finance, and Merchandising departments. Three students will join us full-time in a hybrid environment, working four days a week in person from our Woodbridge office and one day a week remotely, from June 15th until August 21st. What You’ll Do; During this Internship, you will gain hands-on exposure to how our business operates across our three retail banners by learning our processes and ways of working within key departments. You will support ongoing projects, collaborate with experienced leaders and team members, and develop a strong understanding of how different areas of the business work together to drive results. Throughout the program, you will also explore how emerging technologies, including new AI tools, can support and enhance operational efficiency. Marketing Intern Assist with using generative and digital tools to support content creation, marketing organisation, and social media & digital campaign coordination. This role is suited for a creative student interested in learning how AI can support customer engagement and brand storytelling. Finance Intern Support the team in exploring tools that can help improve reporting, data organisation, and financial processes. This role is ideal for a student who enjoys working with data, learning new systems, and developing analytical skills in a business environment. Merchandising Intern Support our Buying teams in exploring our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, Dynamics 365, and testing tools and technologies to improve our workflows. This role is ideal for a student who is interested in technology, enjoys learning new platforms, and wants exposure to how AI can support business operations and future innovation. What You'll Bring; Must be a current post-secondary student and be able to coordinate independently with your school for course credit if available. Interest in technology, innovation, and how emerging tools, including AI, can support business operations and customer experiences. Authenticity in a sport-lifestyle environment and a reliable work ethic. Strong curiosity and willingness to learn new systems, processes, and ways of working across different business functions. A collaborative mindset with the confidence to ask questions, contribute ideas, and work closely with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage tasks, stay detail-oriented, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
