Job Description
Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Support event and meeting planning, including scheduling, logistics, and protocol.
- Assist with travel planning and coordination for personnel.
- Maintain a Kanban-style listing of daily tasks to ensure efficient tracking and completion during slower periods.
- Collaborate with the Mission Advisor (MA) to refine processes and improve workflows.
- Work with the Talent Performance Lead (TPL) to support knowledge management initiatives.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support as needed.
- Applies Human Resources, Organizational Development, and Instructional Design Backgrounds to analyze skill gaps and recommend learning pathways.
- Identifies target candidates for upskilling.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field.
- 0–15+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exposure to or coursework in process improvement, knowledge management, or operations support.
- Familiarity with Kanban or similar task management tools.
- Previous experience supporting federal programs, internships, or mission-related projects.
