About the role…
As the new Beauty Client Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will make their style aspirations a reality, providing a fun and enjoyable 5* experience. You will:
Guide clients through our curated collection of brands and use your expertise to immerse them in the world of luxury beauty and perfumery.
Build and maintain genuine, long-lasting client relationships, providing an exceptional client experience at all touchpoints
Stay ahead of trends and emerging brands in fragrance, skincare, and beauty
Ensure immaculate presentation and secure handling of premium products and accessories
Demonstrate flexibility; our clients expect exceptional service whenever inspiration strikes, including evenings and weekends
