Job Description

As a customer service call agent, you will handle outbound telephonic calls ensuring positive patient experiences; liaison between our company and our patients; verify patient information, troubleshoots equipment to resolve patient’s issues, provide delivery information, responds to health plan inquiries, process re-fill requests, escalate unresolved issues, complete and process any pending orders. The incumbent will take ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior
