前台负责现场和电话接待、通知以及引导老人、家属和来访人员,同时还需承担其它相关行政工作。
Receptionist is responsible for on-site and telephone reception, notify and guide the elderly, family members and visitors, and also needs to undertake the other relevant administrative work.
严格遵守集团的职业道德规范,尊重老人的隐私和尊严 ;保证给老人安全、舒适的生活;对老人的相关信息严格保密;始终遵守现行的法律法规和公司规定。
He/ she must respect strictly Group’s professional ethic norms, to respect residents’ privacy and dignity, to ensure the providing of safe and comfortable life to residents, to respect residents’ information confidentiality, and to respect government legislations and company regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

主要职责
电话接待 Telephone reception
1) 熟记分机对应岗点,负责接内部电话和外部来电并高效地转接到分机上。Memorize well the corresponding extension numbers, responsible for answering internal and external calls and efficiently transfer to the extension number.
2) 记录留言并及时转达给留言对象。Record the message and send it to the relative personnel in time.
3) 根据电话紧急程度,视具体情况及时通知相关人员。According to the telephone emergency and the specific circumstances, transfer to the relevant personnel in a timely manner.
4) 为老人或其他来访人员叫出租车。Call the taxi for the elderly or other visitors.
5) 为每位新入住的老人开通其房间的电话线,跟踪电话收费记录。及时更新当前所有入住老人的电话通讯录。Open the room’s telephone lines for each new admitted resident, and responsible for tracking telephone charges. Update the current telephone address book for all the residents in the facility.
6) 更新内部通讯录以及紧急电话簿。Update the internal address book and the emergency telephone book.
7) 下班时将前台电话转到机构内其他电话负责人处。Transfer the front desk’s call to other responsible personnel before the day’s off.
现场接待Site reception
8) 礼貌接待和引导老人、家属以及其他来访人员。在职能范围内回答他们的提问。介绍养老机构相关情况,包括提供的各项服务等。Courteous reception and guidance for the elderly, family members and other visitors. Answer their questions within the scope of the job. Introduce the relevant information of the facility, including the various services provided, etc.
9) 在家庭康养顾问不在的情况下,填写联络表和/或记录预定需求。Fill in the contact list and / or record the reservation needs during the absence of FECC.
10) 确保大厅和前台接待厅干净整洁,必须穿工作服。Ensure that the lobby and front desk are clean and tidy. Must wear the uniform.
11) 熟悉机构周边路况、公共交通线路等,以准确引导宾客。Familiar with the surrounding roads, public transport lines and so on, in order to accurately guide the guests.
行政工作Administrative work
12) 负责登记前来机构探望入住老人的家属的用餐需求,记录后及时通知厨房部门。Responsible for the registration of the dining needs for the elderly family members who come to visit, timely notify the kitchen department after records
13) 负责统计工作人员的用餐。Responsible for calculating the staff’s dining needs.
14) 制作新入住老人门牌。Make new doorplate for the new admitted residents.
15) 为入住老人准备入住期发票并负责后续的发票寄送、签收等。Prepare for the elderly the invoice and responsible for the follow-up of the invoice delivery, signature, etc.
16) 负责前台的收银工作和开相应发票。Responsible for the front desk’s cashier work and invoice.
17) 管理机构邮箱,将邮件分类,如有需要,及时转发相关邮件。Manage the facility’s email box and do the email classification, if necessary, transfer the relevant mail in time.
18) 负责前台相关公示文件的更新整理。Responsible for the update of the relevant public documents in the front desk.
19) 为老人入住和离开准备相关档案和必要文件。Prepare the relevant files and necessary documents for the elderly to stay and leave.
20) 负责老人进出登记表,对老人家属来访及时向相关部门通报。Responsible for the elderly’s entry and exit registration form, notify the relevant departments of the elderly family members’ visit in a timely manner.
21) 每天十点前,在LEO软件上录入前一日入住率。 Before 10 am of each day, record in the LEO software of the first day’s occupancy rate.
22) 接收并负责报告报警及故障报修等信息,熟悉紧急情况应急预案。Responsible for receiving and reporting the alarm and fault information, should be familiar with the emergency contingency plans.
23) 确保各类登记簿随时可用(维修、安全等)。Ensure that all the types of record books are available (maintenance, security, etc.) at any time.
24) 熟悉未预约而直接来访人员的接待流程。Be familiar with the reception process for the visitors who come to visit directly without reservation.
25) 完成其它行政工作 Complete the other administrative work.
内部沟通和质量管理 Internal communication and quality control
26) 参与质量管理和认证,参与不同团队的工作,参加培训和会议Participate in the quality management and certification, participate in different teams’ work, participate in the training and meeting.
27) 及时向护理团队报告老人潜在的任何风险。If find the residents have any risk, should report timely to the medical and nursing team.
28) 确保严格遵守养老院的运行规定。Ensure strictly comply with the operating requirements of the facility.
29) 接待新同事,并帮助新同事融入Receive the new colleagues and help them to integrate.
