Job Description

Should have work experience in Automotive industry (preferably, Robot, Canning, welding industry). |
|
Should have worked in Production function. Should possess good knowledge in Robot handling, Canning process, Production planning and Execution. |
|
Conversant in Lean manufacturing and People management. |
|
Conversant in 4M Management. |
|
Conversant in cycle time study, line balancing and Process Improvements. |
|
Robot , Canning ,MIG and TIG welding knowledge is essential. |
|
Identification and implementation of productivity improvements. |
|
Application of problem-solving tools like 7QC tools, QC story, 8D approach, etc. |
|
Exposure in SAP PP module, TS 16949, TPM & Should possess good communication skills. |
|
Achieve Production Targets as per plan. Ensure Safety and Quality requirements. |
|
Good Exposure in Canning process. Good Communication Skill. Good Interpersonal Skill. |
