Job Description

Overview

Castle Dental, supported by Smile Brands, is looking for a skilled Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with orthodontic experience to join our growing team in Georgetown, TX. In this role, you’ll support orthodontic procedures and help deliver a positive, efficient experience for patients throughout their treatment journey.


Schedule (days/hours)

5 days
Responsibilities

  • Preparing patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures
  • Helping to educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies
  • Improving oral health, solving dental challenges, and bettering smiles every day

Qualifications

  • Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment 
  • Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
  • Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards
  • Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care

Compensation

$22.00 - $24.00 per hour Offering a $1000 Sign on Bonus
