Job Description

  • Planning/Managing and attending to MD’s official correspondences.
  • Efficient file management.
  • Front desk and effectively coordinate/conduct business visitors.
  • Screening to control disruption to office work flow.
  • Minimum of BSc/HND in humanities/secretarial studies with3-5 years working experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Computer literate, proficient in the use of Microsoft office packages.
  • Pleasant personality and approachable mannerisms.
  • Ability to use IBM typewriter when occasion demands.
