Job Description
- Lead your hardware engineering team by setting priorities and providing consistent performance coaching and feedback
- Develop the long-term hardware roadmap by collaborating with internal partners and external vendors to align on strategic goals
- Evaluate the feasibility of hardware designs against product requirements, customizing solutions based on performance, power, and technology trade-offs
- Analyze complex hardware issues, risks, and trade-offs to drive corrective solutions for ambiguous or novel failures & Review and approve hardware design, architecture, and technology development activities across multiple complex product lines
- Direct performance measurements and simulations to optimize user experience and lead continuous design and process improvement initiatives & International and domestic travel of more than 10% is required
