Job Description
- As a Bahasa Indonesia Bilingual Customer Service Associate for our Music Streaming Services account in Shaw, , and you'll be managing subscriptions, assisting with account registration, and handling cancellation requests to ensure our customers enjoy a seamless music experience.
- Provide bilingual customer support (English + Bahasa Indonesia) across multiple channels (live and non-live)
- Handle Email/Chat/Calls for the customers using the provided tools
- Resolve the customer's issue. Establish and maintain rapport with consumers
- Accurately capture all required information in the respective tools
- Accurately report all happenings on the email/chat/calls to the respective supervisor/lead
- Complete all given tasks within the time specified
- Adhere to the rules and regulations of the company
- Adhere to the non-disclosure agreement
- Finished at least 2 years in college (or High School Graduate + relevant work experience)
- Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge on computers
- Good customer service and problem solving skills
- Meet the specific daily targets with respect to the Key Result Areas
