Bookings Partner
Permanent, Full Time (Including Weekends)

Woodstock, Cape Town
Salary: R22 500
Working Hours: Shifts between 06:00 – 00:00, Monday to Sunday (rotation basis)

We’re looking for a Bookings Partner to join our team and help coordinate healthcare bookings, ensuring the right professionals are matched to the right shifts at the right time.

💡 About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Proactively contact healthcare professionals to confirm availability and match them to priority shifts

  • Build strong relationships with healthcare workers to drive engagement and future availability

  • Support the fulfilment of bookings to ensure service levels are consistently met

  • Work closely with internal teams to understand demand and priority areas

  • Manage shared inboxes and respond to queries from clients and candidates

  • Maintain accurate data and ensure high levels of attention to detail

  • Provide updates on booking progress, challenges, and performance

🎯 What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in a customer service or call centre environment

  • Ability to manage a high volume of calls and queries

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Good attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to manage a busy and varied workload

  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word)

Bonus (but not required): Experience in scheduling, recruitment, or healthcare environments
