Newcastle-under-Lyme with hybrid working opportunities once fully trained

Permanent, full time

Shifts pattern of 8am – 4pm, 9am – 5pm, 10am – 6pm, Monday to Friday

Bank Partners, part of the Acacium Group, is a leading healthcare staffing agency, onboarding doctors, clerical & administrative staff, and allied health professionals into both NHS. We’re expanding our onboarding team and looking for Recruitment Partners to join our growing delivery function.

This is a 180 recruitment onboarding role—focused entirely on candidate delivery and client coordination, with no sales or business development involved.

đź’ˇ About the Role

In this role, you will:

As a Recruitment Partner, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our healthcare professionals are matched to the right opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Screening CV’s, and ensuring a match for experience.

  • Engaging with candidates to align their CV format & experience history, and collating onboarding documents prior to sending to compliance

  • Managing large pipelines of candidates onboarding

  • Reviewing video applications & applying the scoring matrix to assess the candidate viability for the role.

  • Taking inbound calls and offering fantastic customer service

🎯 What You’ll Bring

We don’t expect perfection. If most of this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you:

  • Confidence working with Microsoft packages like Word, Excel and Outlook, and any NHS systems like Health Roster, Optima & Bank Staff is a bonus

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Administration experience & organisation skills

📚 Experience We’re Looking For

  • Customer service experience

  • Proven experience dealing with a high volume of calls

  • The ability to manage a varied workload

  • Administration experience is a key element of this position
