Job Description
- Own the bottoms-up forecasting process for PD capacity, and working with PD Engineering and Product Management to understand the impact of engineering changes on our existing capacity plans.
- Review and approve a comprehensive capacity plan for PD, considering organic growth, inorganic demand from major agreements, and business adjustments.
- Identify and mitigate risks to our capacity plan, including those arising from changes in divestment logic, supply chain disruptions, and unexpected demand spikes. Drive mitigation plans to address these risks.
- Discuss around de-duplicating organic and inorganic demand signals. Work closely with PD Engineering and Product Management (PdM) to understand product roadmaps, new features, and their capacity implications.
- Partner with ODS on demand forecasting, modeling, and the development of more scalable and automated planning systems. Collaborate with regional CE leaders to provide input on customer workload prioritization.
