Job Description
- operating production equipment
- troubleshooting product and process problems on all assigned equipment
- coordinating all breaks and lunches for associates working in the assigned production areas
- maintaining a clean work area in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- leading associates to meet the production schedule
- cross-training all production associates
- encouraging production associates to adhere to all safety and quality guidelines and practices
- completing all necessary paperwork required by the position and
- other duties as assigned.
