Job Description
The purpose of this position is to ensure all leased Publix shopping centers are maintained in premier condition. The safety of our customers and associates is upheld by enforcing the terms of the lease. By doing so, we maximize company sales by ensuring a convenient, clean, and pleasant shopping environment.

Responsibilities include:
- performing onsite inspections and handling all emergency maintenance requests 24/7
- negotiating with Landlords of leased centers and/or government agencies regarding large capital items as well as lease amendments
- evaluating and ensuring all common area maintenance (CAM) expenses charged within Leased centers are paid according to the specifications within the Lease
- supervising the Assistant to Property Representative (HS3) position
- handling incoming inquiries, complaints, and comments from Customer Care
