All about the role:
In your role as Senior Sell Out Specialist your responsibility is to collaborate with our electrical retail partners to drive sell out of white goods, small appliances, vacuum cleaners, and accessories through our partners stores. Your goal is to maximize our sales to the end consumer through the stores in your district. You achieve this by ensuring a high level of knowledge about our products and their functions. Through your training sessions and education, you highlight Electrolux products in the form of store placement, events, and marketing and sales materials.
You create value through your high availability and good relationships with store managers, department heads, and salespeople. Good customer relationships and building trust are of utmost importance. You need to understand customers' needs and be able to offer solutions that adds value. As Senior Sell Out Specialist, you need to take own initiative and act independently. You plan and conduct customer visits and training sessions effectively.
The Senior Sell-Out Specialist role involves supporting the Nordic Key Account Manager and holding local coordination responsibility for the respective Nordic account. The role focuses on driving business performance in the local market and accelerating sell-out of Electrolux Group products, accessories, and consumables in stores. This is done in alignment with established targets and KPIs, including consistent follow-up and performance tracking.
The role also includes:
- Lead and develop strong, long-term partnerships with key stakeholders at the customers in your district - motivating and training store staff, holding inspiring training sessions and presentations.
- Analyzing and planning your work proactively. Contribute to continuous improvements and changes to understand and support business contexts.
- Support the Nordic KAM with insights from the customers local organization while acting as the key contact for the local customer contacts in question.
- Creating clear recommendations to the Nordic KAM on how to accelerate the business in the local market and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales execution.
- Define local customer activities in collaboration with the Nordic KAM and the local trade operations manager, planning and executing fairs, customer events, and trainings.

- You have experience in a traveling position.
- Financial awareness and experienced PC user within Word and PowerPoint.
- A B driver's license is required.
