What you’ll need
(Required Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field

2–5+ years of Business Analyst or similar experience

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

Experience with requirements gathering and documentation
-
Proficiency in Excel and data tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau)

Ability to work with large datasets

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
-
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools

Knowledge of process modeling (BPMN, UML)
-
Relevant certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA)

Experience in construction or similar industries
