Job Description
Commercial Credit Specialist handles inbound and outbound campaigns with a dynamic volume of calls with Card Members and Program Administrators to provide financial advice on current and past due scenarios, using persuasive communication and negotiation skills and working to resolve the status of each case presented in corporate accounts, balancing collection efforts while delivering an extraordinary customer service.
- Provide financial advice to corporate accounts
- Contact customers with overdue accounts, negotiate to collect it
- Resolve customer issues and complaints
- Manage reports and progress
Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills

Analytical skills
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic and changing work environment.
Proficiency in MS Office
