As a Business Operations Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth delivery of day-to-day operations while contributing to strategic planning. Working closely with the Director of Operations, you'll help drive alignment, structure, and momentum across the organisation. How you'll make an impact In this role, you'll work closely with the Director of Operations to support operational priorities and planning cycles. You'll coordinate and enhance core processes like onboarding, reporting, vendor management, and administrative workflows. By tracking key initiatives, you'll ensure timelines, dependencies, and deliverables are met, while also preparing dashboards and reports to support decision-making. You'll contribute to the development and tracking of site-level strategies, translating priorities into actionable plans and ensuring alignment across teams. Your role will also involve maintaining visibility across operational workstreams, providing continuity during high-demand periods, and stepping in to support coordination and prioritisation when needed. Additionally, you'll build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, acting as a central coordination point across HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business teams. You'll also support the Director of Operations in delivering key priorities, preparing materials for leadership discussions, and maintaining momentum across initiatives. About you Here’s what you’ll bring to the role: 5–7 years of experience in business operations, operations coordination, or a similar role supporting senior leadership. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues in simple terms. A proactive approach to identifying gaps, anticipating needs, and driving follow-through. Experience in improving ways of working, including leveraging digital and AI-driven tools. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (a Master’s degree is an advantage). Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with reporting or visualisation tools is a plus.
