Job Description
• Provides assistance including word processing, transcription, information research, translation and filing, taking and directing telephone messages.
• Drafts memos, financial and other report as appropriate.
• Make arrangements and assists with technical meetings, conferences and contractor/supplier meetings.
• Responsible for operating and maintaining office equipment.
• Sources new vendors when necessary.
• Set up the document control by specific project.
• IFC/As-built Drawings with DWG, Test reports, warrantee doc, punchlist, title deeds, demarcation permits/consents (DENR, DOE, ERC, NGCP/Utility, WESM, LGU, BIR, BOI, BOC) PQ Data, SPA copy, Calculation sheets
• EPC transmittal notification responses to Design/Construction submission
• Invoice monitoring including articles of substantiation, PAF, check list, payment milestones, S-Curve, PCF, contract amendment and variation order
• Pre-checklist prior technical due diligence gather site specific prepare project site specific tracking table for licenses, permission, eg. Open issues
• PV simulation archiving, preliminary and site specific
• Support presentation materials preparations
• Library documentation assembly, archiving includes classifying technical articles and submission related to technology development
• Assists in archiving Operational Reports.
• Consolidate the support document for O&M monthly report eg. Utility bills, consumable expenses, monthly/yearly expenses, performance guarantee, warrantee claims.
• Graduate of any Engineering course
• Male/Female, not more than 35 years old
• At least 3 years working experience in the same field and industry
• Willing to be assigned in sites
