The Wyoming Honor Conservation Camp (WHCC) is a minimum-level correctional facility responsible for housing nearly 300 inmates. This position is essential for maintaining the institution's safety and security and is considered a Law Enforcement position, receiving the 20-year retirement and state benefits package.
