BDM - Industrial Display & Industrial Edge-Value Solutions (Embedded/ 林口園區)

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence in Industrial Display & Industrial Edge-Value Solutions, with a focus on European market and Channel Partner business first. This role will drive new business development, manage key customer relationships, and work closely with internal teams to deliver customized solutions and successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities across existing and new industry verticals
• Develop new Channel Partner, Manage key accounts and build long-term customer relationships - Lead RFQs, quotations, pricing strategies and proposal development based on customer and market needs
• Collaborate with RBU, Project Managers, R&D, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution and product launches
• Conduct market and customer analysis to support pricing and solution strategy Initiate and support regional marketing and promotion activities
• Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen partnerships and improve satisfaction

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in technology-related industries
• Familiarity with Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills Experience working with cross-functional teams and product development processes

Education & Language

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields
• Fluent Mandarin and strong English communication skills
