Special Education Attendant

Educational Attendant--Worthington Hills
 
One full-time educational attendant to work the day shift, this position will work 7 hrs per day on 186-day schedule and be hired through the Educational Service Center (ESC).
 
Job Duties:

• Performs health care procedures
• Administers medications to students consistent with District policies and student IEPs
• Assists students to and from the bathroom
• Assists or feeds students
• Assists students getting on or off the bus
• Becomes familiar with individual students and their personal health needs
• Accompanies students as they move about the building or playground
• Recognizes when students are ill and notifies proper individuals
• Provides other personal health care needs as identified for individual students
   

"Salary Range $25.64/hr to $32.65hr"
