Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and well organized person to ensure a healthy and effective rotation for employees.
Key responsibilities:
- Create shift rotations and ensure fair break distribution for Game Presenters, Game Hosts, Shufflers, and Trainees;
- Ensure accurate employee working time registration.
- Work with electronic documentation and internal systems;
- Support the coordination and implementation of procedures related to rotation planning;
- Provide administrative support on the gaming floor, including management of uniforms, lockers, and employee ID cards;
- Cooperate closely with Team Managers, Evolution Academy, Service Support Specialists, and other departments.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities;
- Comfortable working with computers and handling basic calculations;
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment;
- Good communication and cooperation skills;
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar operational environment is considered an advantage.
- Availability to work various shifts, including night shifts and weekends;
- Minimum 3 months of work experience at Evolution (for internal candidates only).
