We’re searching for a Customer Support Specialist who is dedicated to delivering an excellent customer experience!
If you have great communication skills, enjoy building relationships, and have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Enter orders with accuracy and attention to detail, in accordance with customer requirements
- Prepare and invoice customer orders, ensuring timely processing
- Provide service for order inquiries and order status updates to customers
- Communicate with customers and appropriate personnel to resolve any problems or concerns
- File, scan and maintain storage of all paperwork associated with each order, such as invoices, reports, drawings, etc.
- Multi-task, manage time, prioritize and react quickly to changing priorities and follow through on work assigned
- Work independently to identify and resolve problems accurately and in a timely manner
- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by immediate Manager
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of customer support experience in an office environment
- A people person with excellent communication skills
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of office software
- A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile
- Reliable daily attendance and on-time arrival, as scheduled

Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
Compensation: Depending on experience
This position is located at our Navigation facility in East Downtown Houston, 77011.
Bilingual a plus! (English/Spanish)
Must pass drug screen and background check prior to employment offer.
