We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for our The Park at Olathe Station location. This community has 148 units. Conveniently located near I-35, 435, and 635, 20 minutes south of downtown Kansas City, The Park at Olathe Station is a pet-friendly community ranging in one, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you are responsible for all general maintenance of the apartment community. This includes routine and preventive maintenance, turnover maintenance, and other duties to maintain the property.
