Job Description
- Define and lead the multi-year business activation roadmap. Identify market opportunities and white spaces to launch high-impact programs that redefine retail excellence.
- Design incentive structures and commercial levers that drive attach rate and conversion goals. Own the Return on Investment (ROI) of your programs and are responsible for business-critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Act as the lead for New Product Introductions (NPI). Be responsible for the global retail Concept-to-Consumer framework, ensuring consistent and scalable launches.
- Influence product roadmaps by providing the retail customer to engineering and product teams. Ensure that our hardware is built with retail promote-through in mind.
- Identify systemic inefficiencies in the retail life-cycle and build scalable, automated solutions to improve the speed-to-market for all retail initiatives.
