Your Role at Baxter
As a Patient Services Specialist (Mail to Patient Specialist), you will support the delivery of Bardy Diagnostics' cardiac monitoring solutions through the Mail to Patient program. In this role, you will coordinate product shipments, process patient enrollments, manage account follow-up activities, and serve as a key point of contact for customers, patients, and healthcare providers. Your work helps ensure patients receive timely access to monitoring services and supports an efficient customer experience.
What You'll Do
Process and verify Mail to Patient product shipments, including shipment tracking and documentation activities.
Coordinate with shipping carriers and courier services to support product delivery, returns, and logistics inquiries.
Manage patient enrollments, account follow-up activities, and activation-related documentation within company systems.
Respond to inbound phone calls, emails, and voicemail inquiries related to shipments, enrollments, product usage, and account support.
Communicate with healthcare providers, patients, and internal partners regarding enrollment status, missing information, and shipment updates.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, shipment activity, enrollments, and account correspondence.
Support recycling program operations, including processing and shipping recycling materials.
Identify and escalate customer or patient complaints, enrollment issues, or operational concerns in accordance with established procedures.
What You'll Bring
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in a call center, customer service, inventory control, healthcare operations, or related environment.
Experience using computer applications, including Microsoft Office products.
Experience managing customer records, order processing, enrollment processing, or shipment tracking activities.
Knowledge of digital telephone systems and customer management tools.
Ability to work with medical, patient, shipment, and account documentation while maintaining accuracy.
Experience supporting cardiac monitoring, medical devices, or healthcare technology products (Preferred).
Experience in inside sales or account management functions (Preferred).
Bilingual proficiency (Preferred).

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $17.70 per hour. The estimated amount is meant to reflect an anticipated salary for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
