Job Description

To support the Payroll Advisors in the daily maintenance of payroll systems on both sites. To run and distribute weekly reports Manage daily paperwork which includes holiday forms, medical documents and any other forms relating to the daily maintenance of the Time and Attendance System Review and check timesheets, ensuring any issues are dealt with in a timely manner Ensure holiday forms are processed daily and are appropriately authorised Manage the administration of the Time and Attendance system to ensure information is up to date to ensure wages are paid correctly Cover the Payroll Advisors when required Any other reasonable ad-hoc duties
