Job Description
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (not exhaustive) Conduct regular UK-wide store visits to assess product quality, availability, and on-shelf standards Act as the link between Hilton, retail stores, and the customer (e.g. Tesco) Inspect products for quality, compliance, packaging integrity and date control Capture structured data (photos, scores, insights) during store visits Produce clear, concise reports highlighting issues, trends, and risks Escalate quality concerns quickly and support root cause investigations Build relationships with store teams to resolve issues and gather feedback Provide actionable insights to drive product quality improvement and complaint reduction Monitor effectiveness of corrective actions through repeat store visits Identify trends and support continuous improvement across products and regions Represent the business professionally in all customer and store interactions Operate independently in a field-based role with significant travel
