Job Description
- Manage clear communication of people strategies and implement organizational changes to achieve desired business goals. Help craft and deliver regional people priorities for the region.
- Translate company-wide objectives and key results (OKRs) into actionable plans tailored to the specific needs of the client organization, providing feedback to identify potential gaps.
- Identify talent gaps, organizational shortcomings, and people needs that could hinder business strategy execution. Use this analysis to guide resourcing and development initiatives.
- Support the selection and development of talent, and actively drive organizational health improvements through trend monitoring, cultural analysis, and promotion of a respectful work environment.
- Work on region specific initiatives in service of growth we will experience.
