Job Description
As a key member of the Human Resources leadership team, you will drive HR transformation and elevate the function from tactical support to a true strategic business partner for the U.S. Transportation business ($800M in revenue). You will lead the modernization of HR processes, systems, and capabilities while building a high-performing HR team that delivers measurable impact across the organization. The HR Director will provide outstanding leadership and stewardship to the business, putting the business back in growth mode while driving operational and people performance. He/she will provide focused leadership and direction to the business with an emphasis on maintaining a continuous improvement culture that strives to drive excellent customer service and a focus on profitable growth.
