Senior Operations Manager Final Mile

The Senior Manager of Operations is responsible for overseeing day-to-day white-glove furniture delivery operations across multiple markets, managing an independent contractor workforce to ensure consistent on-time performance and an exceptional customer experience. This role carries full P&L ownership for assigned hubs, requiring strong financial acumen in route costing, IC settlement, and labor management structures. The Senior Manager serves as the primary operational liaison between GEODIS Final Mile and key retail clients ensuring SLA compliance, damage claim management, and adherence to client SOPs.
