Job Description
The Cx Regional Manager is responsible for leading and delivering commissioning services across their assigned region, while also growing Impact Cx capabilities, client relationships, and team capacity. This role works closely with the Impact Cx Leadership Team, regional team members, and external project stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of fully commissioned buildings. This position combines technical leadership, project management, business development, and people leadership. The Cx Regional Manager oversees commissioning projects from pre construction through close out, manages client relationships, supports regional business growth, and acts as a people manager for assigned team members.
