Building Science Project Associate

In this role you will support asset management, building envelope, and structural engineering projects by conducting field investigations, building condition assessments, technical evaluations, and preparing detailed reports with cost analyses and design recommendations. Assist with contract document development, project coordination, and building envelope testing while collaborating with clients, consultants, contractors, and senior engineers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with design requirements.
