NOW HIRING: Operations Development Program
Full-time hours are Monday to Saturday, 8-5
Onsite position
Salary: Starting at $60,000 during the 3‑month training period. After training, you become eligible for bonus objectives and salary increases based on performance.
Provide support to dealership departments (Sales, Service, F&I, Back Office, and more!)

What You’ll Do
Dive into core dealership operations with hands-on experience in Sales, Service, Parts, Back Office, and F&I
Master daily store workflows through structured onboarding, shadowing top performers, and owning real responsibilities
Strengthen customer, business, and operational acumen by working across multiple departments
Collaborate directly with store and regional leaders through coaching, workshops, and strategic meetings
Complete the program with deep dealership expertise and a clear, accelerated path focused on leadership potential
