Executive Director, Infrastructure Program Delivery

Reporting to the Chief Infrastructure Officer, the Executive Director, Infrastructure Program Delivery is accountable for providing enterprise level leadership and strategic oversight of GTAA’s major and mega capital programs. You will shape program strategy, enable integrated delivery across large, multidisciplinary teams, and establish governance structures that ensure scope, cost, schedule, risk, and performance objectives are achieved. Acting as a senior advisor to executive leadership and a key representative with external partners and regulators, you will drive alignment, transparency, and execution excellence to advance GTAA’s long term infrastructure and corporate priorities.
