
Talent & Development Specialist
Job Description
Lark is seeking a remote Talent & Development Specialist to manage key stages of our employee journey across recruitment, onboarding, training, and culture initiatives. Serving as a strategic partner to the Director, you will design scalable processes and deliver actionable data insights for our growing hospitality portfolio.
A critical component of this role is owning the compliance and administration of our international visa programs (J-1/H-2B), where you will exercise independent judgment to mitigate risks and guide property leaders.
Requirements: 2+ years of experience in visa coordination and HR (required) with hospitality operations a plus. Strong HRIS (UKG preferred) and data skills. This is a remote role requiring 10-15% travel for job fairs and team summits.
