Chief Engineer

The Chief Engineer is the steward of The Warbler’s physical home, ensuring every space, system, and guest touchpoint operates seamlessly behind the scenes. As a key member of the leadership team, this role oversees maintenance operations for The Warbler, Mildred’s, and Upstairs, including building systems, life safety, preventative maintenance, vendor management, and capital projects. The Chief Engineer leads the maintenance team while partnering with hotel leadership to protect the guest experience, preserve ownership’s investment, and maintain the property’s distinctive character. We’re seeking a hands-on leader who takes pride in craftsmanship, accountability, and problem-solving.
