Overview

Occupational Therapist 

Job Type: Part-time/PRN  

Salary:  $50-$55/Hour

Job Location: Brownwood, The Villages Florida

 

Brownwood is one of the most credentialed neuro teams in the Lake Centre for Rehab network. The clinic carries two neuro-certified PTs, two LSVT BIG-certified PTAs trained in the evidence-based movement protocol for Parkinson's, an OT/PTA with stroke and lymphedema certifications, an AIB-certified vestibular clinician, and an SLP with LSVT LOUD certification — meaning Parkinson's patients here can receive both movement and voice treatment under one roof. If neuro rehab is your focus, this is a team that takes it seriously across every discipline.

Responsibilities

You’ll achieve success by:    

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' functional abilities and needs.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans to enhance clients' independence and well-being.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions and therapeutic activities.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure holistic care.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of treatment progress.
  • Direct and Supervise Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants and/or Aide.
  • BLS/CPR required

Qualifications

  • Occupational Therapist Licensure in good standing in Florida
  • CPR and first aid certification required 

About

Compensation:  $50-55/Hr. inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications. Benefits include generous time off and a 401(k) with a 4% employer match.
