Gerente de Proyectos - Sistemas Críticos y Construcción | HSBC
Descripción del Puesto
Buscamos un profesional experimentado en Gestión de Proyectos para liderar intervenciones en sistemas críticos y obras de construcción en edificios y sucursales de HSBC.
Responsabilidades Principales
a) Gestión de Sistemas Críticos:
- Identificar sistemas críticos en edificios HSBC (sistemas eléctricos, HVAC, UPS, CRAC, BMS, FDAS, Planes de Emergencia, etc.)
- Evaluar la criticidad y el impacto potencial de las intervenciones en estos sistemas
- Desarrollar planes de contingencia para mantener las operaciones durante la construcción
b) Obras de Construcción y Sucursales:
- Coordinar con diferentes departamentos de HSBC para minimizar el impacto en las operaciones diarias
- Planificar la logística de construcción, considerando el flujo de clientes y empleados
- Garantizar que las obras cumplan con los estándares de imagen corporativa de HSBC
Funciones Clave
- Análisis de sistemas críticos y planificación de proyectos de construcción, minimizando el impacto operacional
- Evaluación detallada de necesidades específicas de cada sitio
- Planificación integral: cronogramas, presupuestos y gestión de riesgos
- Coordinación de ejecución con contratistas, control de cambios y aseguramiento de calidad
- Monitoreo continuo de avances, costos y plazos
- Cierre operacional y financiero con entrega apropiada a los equipos de HSBC
- Desarrollo de alcances detallados para cada proyecto
- Revisión y aprobación de ingeniería conforme a estándares HSBC
- Documentación integral según procesos de JLL y HSBC
- Implementación rigurosa de políticas de salud y seguridad ocupacional
