OVERVIEW
Assistant Account Manager–Property & Casualty
Location: Hybrid- 2 days or less in office: Deerfield, IL

This role will focus on providing superior customer service by anticipating client needs and collaborating on client, producer, and account manager questions and issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES
What You’ll Do / Your Impact
- Deliver exceptional day-to-day client service by proactively addressing client, producer, and account manager needs in a timely manner.
- Support the renewal process by gathering client information, coordinating carrier requirements, preparing exposure workbooks, and assisting with renewal presentations.
- Process policy changes, renewals, premium audits, cancellations, reinstatements, bonds, and related billing activities with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prepare certificates of insurance, ID cards, binders, and evidence of property documentation while ensuring compliance and service excellence.
- Maintain accurate policy and client records within AMS360 and Worksmart while building strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
What You Bring
Required
3+ years in commercial lines agency experience in a highly automated, risk management focused environment
Knowledge of property & casualty coverage lines
Strong client communication skills
Preferred
Experience with AMS systems

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Compensation:
Salary range: $65,0000 – $78,000 per year DOE

Licensure & Certifications
This position may require:
Active Property & Casualty License or
Ability to obtain required licensure within 60 days of hire
