The NPDI (New Product Development and Introduction) under MTO (Microfluidic Technology & Operation) is an organization working to develop new technology and deliver winning products to marketplace. This System Interaction Engineering team is focus on delivering the technology and products by validating the interaction and integration of the supplies in the print systems. The team supports a diverse portfolio in print business- Home & Office products. The broad range of products provide the team great opportunities to work on different technology, expose to different market segments and multiple opportunities for career development.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the R&D, NPI and Manufacturing teams for both Supplies and Printer organizations to deliver on program deliverables.
- Define and lead System Interaction testing to deliver to new programs intent of meeting or exceeding customer experience.
- Work with Brand Authentication team to deliver on security solution for all programs.
- Set up the Customer Returns framework for each NPI programs before transitioning this responsibility to Supplies Manufacturing team.
- Collaborate with Supplies Quality team to further improve on product quality and address top customer concerns.
- Deliver on post-MR metrics of NPI before transitioning responsibility to Supplies Manufacturing team.
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Typically, 4-7 years’ experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Possesses good understanding of TIJ technology and development processes.
- Strong technical engineering leadership and capabilities.
- Effective leadership on planning, execution, and issue resolution.
- Demonstrated analytical and empirical problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates growth mindset hallmark.
- System thinker, looking for connections, and comfortable with things being dynamic.
- Good flexibility and adaptability are key.
- Good communication and excellent inter-personal skills.
- Possesses strong teamwork and ability to collaborate with cross function teams.
