Responsabilidades:

  • Warehouse Operations
    • Inspeccionar, clasificar, pesar, medir y documentar los envíos.
    • Construir y reconfigurar unidades de carga (ULDs) de forma segura.
    • Verificación de servicios de terceros acorde a los Acuerdos de Nivel de Servicio
    • Mantener el equipo de DHL organizado y realizar controles de stock.
  • Ramp Operations
    • Supervisar y coordinar las actividades en plataforma designadas por el Turn Around Coordinator
    • Verificar que los terceros operen los equipos de apoyo en tierra (GSE) para cargar y descargar carga de las aeronaves, asegurando la distribución correcta y de forma segura conforme AGOM.
  • Import Operations
    • Recepción y validación de guías aéreas (AWB) de importación.
    • Coordinación con agentes aduanales para liberación de mercancías.
    • Clasificación y entrega de carga conforme a regulaciones locales y procedimientos internos.
    • Registro y seguimiento de discrepancias o incidencias en la carga importada.
  • Export Operations
    • Revisión documental de guías aéreas (AWB) y cumplimiento de requisitos aduanales.
    • Coordinación con agentes consolidadores y aduanales para el despacho de exportación.
    • Preparación de carga para vuelos internacionales, asegurando etiquetado, documentación y seguridad.
    • Validación de manifiestos de carga y cierre de vuelos conforme a normativa IATA y DHL
Conocimientos, Habilidades y Experiencia
  • Diploma de educación Secundaria.
  • 1-2 Años Experiencia trabajando en rampa y almacén dentro de aduana.
  • Español. Inglés básico (deseable)
  • Dangerous Goods (deseable)
  • Airside Awareness (deseable)
  • Build Up (deseable)
