Position Overview

We’re seeking an organized, motivated and technically skilled Travel Agent to join our Payouts Team in India. For this position, we’re seeking a savvy professional who will drive innovation and execution excellence in our second line department.

Main responsibilities in the payout team are to process refunds to our customers and account for it.. As a payout travel agent you will work with financial transactions which require high attention to details and constant high quality with focus on detailing.


Resoponsibility

  • Handle Refund Queues (GDS, LCC, BSP link) & Google sheets

  • Prioritize and handle payouts to our end customers

  • Control handled payouts in respective systems

  • Manage pending backlog in timely manner

  • Contact Airlines & Providers for different issues

  • Analyze and propose solutions for task optimizations & automations

  • Cooperate with other teams to resolve any pending issues.

    Requirements

  • Min HSC or Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Tourism/ Business Administration or any quantitative subject)

  • At least one year experience as a Travel Agent or any domain with customer service.

  • Competent quantitative skills (good in calculations)

  • Experience with accounting processes & software.

  • Great analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

  • Seeking best practice implementation and driving ideas

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Self-driven, proactive and results oriented

  • Well organized, persistent with multitasking skills.

  • Travel industry experience is a big plus

  • Strong communication with time management skills

  • Ability to self-motivate and take initiative
